Introducing SPACE (Supportive Parenting of Anxious Childhood Emotions), a highly effective program designed specifically for parents like you. Our research-based approach combines the latest strategies and clinical tools to help you effectively support your child and reduce their anxious behaviours.
Over the course of 8 to 12 weeks, you’ll participate in engaging online sessions or in-person classes that provide you with the knowledge and skills to manage childhood anxiety at home. Our comprehensive training manual, included as a PDF, will serve as your guide throughout the program.
But that’s not all. We also offer strategies to engage your child, help them regulate their own emotions, and reduce distress. You’ll learn how to minimize escalation within your family and effectively communicate with all members involved.
Don’t worry, we understand that every family is unique. That’s why we offer both group and private training options. In our group sessions, you’ll learn from other parents facing similar challenges and gain valuable insights from case studies. For a more personalized experience, our private training allows us to tailor each session to your child’s specific needs.
