Province-wide telehealth psychotherapy · Treaty 6

Specialized therapy, wherever you are in Saskatchewan.

STG builds condition-specific programs — ADHD, tinnitus, sleep, burnout, DBT — and delivers them by secure video across the province, including to the communities that are hardest to reach.

The distance problem

Specialized care shouldn’t depend on your postal code.

In most of the province, the nearest clinician who specializes in what you’re dealing with is hours away — if one exists at all. So people wait, or settle for generic support, or go without.

Northern, rural, and remote communities feel it first and hardest. That’s where STG started, and it’s who we build for.

So we removed the distance. Every STG program is delivered by secure video, province-wide — the same structured care in Stony Rapids as in Regina.
